Personal Data Confidentiality

The confidentiality of your personal data is one of the main concerns of PREDUNĂ ALBERTO CRISTINEL PFA, headquartered in Sibiu, Sibiu County, Romania, in its capacity as a data controller.

This document aims to inform you about the processing of your personal data in the context of using the website pokemonia.ro, hereinafter referred to as the “site”.

A. If you are a customer of the site, we process the following personal data:

First and last name
Phone number
Email address
Billing address
Delivery address
Data regarding how you use the site (e.g. behavior, preferences, habits within the domain)

as well as any other categories of data you directly provide when creating a user account, placing an order through the site, or otherwise resulting from the use of the site.

If you create a user account using your Facebook or Google account, we will process the following public profile data displayed by those platforms: username and email address.

If you choose to create a user account only before completing an order for a product available on the site, your email address will be requested and an account will be automatically created based on it.

If you do not complete the order, the email address and other data provided will not be stored by PREDUNĂ ALBERTO CRISTINEL PFA, and the created account will be automatically deleted.

B. If you are a site visitor, we process personal data that you provide:

Directly, when using the site, such as data provided in the contact / questions / complaints sections, if you contact us this way

2. Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing

A. If you are a customer of the site, we process your personal data as follows:

To manage the contractual relationship between you and PREDUNĂ ALBERTO CRISTINEL PFA, including order processing, validation, shipping, invoicing, informing you about order status, handling product returns, etc.
Legal basis: Processing is based on the contract concluded between you and PREDUNĂ ALBERTO CRISTINEL PFA, as defined in the Terms and Conditions (pokemonia.ro/termeni-si-conditii). Providing personal data is necessary for contract execution. Refusal may result in the impossibility of fulfilling the contractual relationship.
To comply with legal obligations, including fiscal and archiving obligations.
Legal basis: Processing is required by law. Refusal to provide data may prevent compliance with legal obligations and thus the provision of services.

3. Data Retention Period

Personal data is processed for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes described above.

If you are a customer, your data will be processed for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter in accordance with legal obligations (e.g. financial-accounting documents must be kept for 10 years).

If you delete your user account via the “Delete Account” button in the “My Account Information” section, this will be interpreted as unsubscribing from marketing communications. However, account deletion does not automatically result in the deletion of personal data.

If you wish to stop processing or request data deletion, you may exercise your rights described in Section 6.

If you request account deletion while there is at least one active order, the request will be processed only after the order is completed.

Withdrawing consent for marketing purposes will stop processing for that purpose, without affecting processing carried out before consent withdrawal.

4. Disclosure of Personal Data

We do not rent or sell your personal data to third parties.

Data may be accessed by service providers (couriers, hosting providers, IT companies) acting as authorized processors, contractually bound to confidentiality and purpose limitation.
