Return Policy

In accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 regarding consumer protection in the conclusion and execution of distance contracts, the Buyer has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the contract, paying only the return shipping costs, within 14 business days from receiving the product, without penalties and without stating any reason.

If the Buyer withdraws from the purchase under the clause above, they are required to return the product exactly in the condition in which it was delivered, meaning in the original packaging, unused, accompanied by all documentation it was delivered with, and in perfect working condition. If these conditions are not met, the Buyer is not entitled to request a refund. The product must be returned to the headquarters of PREDUNĂ ALBERTO CRISTINEL PFA, at the Buyer’s sole expense. The refund will not be issued before the product is received and PREDUNĂ ALBERTO CRISTINEL PFA confirms that it is in the original packaging, unused, accompanied by all original documentation, and in perfect working condition.

According to the ordinance, products that are liable to deteriorate or expire quickly are exempt from return.

For orders paid by card, the refunded amount will be returned to the same card used for the transaction, within a maximum of 14 days from the acceptance of the return. The refunded amount represents only the value of the returned products; shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns are not accepted for products purchased from the “Live Rip’n’Ship on YouTube” category.

If you wish to return a product because it arrived damaged, you must take photos of both the parcel (in the condition in which it was handed over by the courier) and the damaged product, and record a video of the parcel being opened in which the damage to both the box and the product inside is clearly visible (both the box and the product must remain in the video frame at all times).
