Delivery Methods

As delivery methods, Pokemonia.ro offers the following options:

• Delivery via Sameday Easybox

• Standard delivery via Sameday

• Standard delivery via GLS

• International delivery via DHL

The delivery options are available on the “Checkout” page. Please select the option that best suits your needs.

Delivery Time

The delivery time ranges between 2–3 business days if the product is in stock, or 10–15 business days if the product is not in stock. Delivery delays may occur in the following cases:

• Products are not in stock and need to be ordered

• Payment issues

• Delays beyond the control of www.pokemonia.ro, such as a very high volume of parcels handled by couriers (e.g. during Black Friday or Christmas)

Shipping Costs

• Standard delivery via Sameday – prices start from 25 RON and depend on the parcel weight, with an additional 5 RON for each extra kilogram

• Delivery via Sameday Easybox – prices start from 20 RON and depend on the parcel weight, with an additional 5 RON for each extra kilogram

• Standard delivery via GLS – prices start from 25 RON and depend on the parcel weight, with an additional 5 RON for each extra kilogram

• International delivery via DHL – the cost is calculated based on the destination country and parcel weight. This cost is customized for each individual customer.
